A product offering your dealership understands, can present clearly, and is prepared to support.
We help you evaluate product fit, coordinate enrollment, prepare employees, and address the questions that arise after launch. Service contracts are central to the offering, with additional protection options reviewed where appropriate and approved.
We work with Ampli-Fi protection programs, including Ampli-Fi BlueWater for marine. We review product fit and enrollment requirements with your dealership and help your employees understand their responsibilities. Eligibility, coverage, exclusions, and administration are governed by the applicable provider documents and contract.
We review your inventory, customer uses, and operating needs before recommending a product mix.
AMPLI-FI
Service contracts
Review service-contract options for powersports and motorcycles, along with eligible golf cart and equipment applications. We help identify the applicable program, enrollment requirements, and information your team needs to present it accurately.
AMPLI-FI BLUEWATER
Marine protection
Marine has its own product and eligibility review. We work through the Ampli-Fi BlueWater offering with your sales and service operation in mind, confirming the applicable forms and operating requirements. BlueWater is the marine program; PWC is reviewed separately.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
A focused product mix
Where appropriate and approved, we can review GAP, battery, payment protection, appearance, tire and wheel, and theft products. Each option is evaluated against the relevant program and unit; products are not assumed to be available in every market.
Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, limits, and administration are governed by the applicable provider documents and contract. We confirm the relevant product details with your dealership before enrollment.
DEALER LAUNCH
Prepare the process before the first contract.
We work through the setup details with your dealership so each department knows what it owns and where to go for support.
Confirm fit and enrollment
Review the selected products, unit eligibility, applicable rates and forms, and dealer enrollment requirements.
Coordinate access and workflow
Identify authorized users and provider contacts. Review portal access and the applicable menu or DMS workflow with your existing setup.
Prepare the departments
Agree on responsibilities for contracting, service questions, remittance, corrections, cancellations, and escalation before launch.
EMPLOYEE GUIDANCE
Support for the departments behind the program.
F&I
Product understanding, optional-product presentation, quoting and contracting steps, rate access, corrections, and prevention of recurring documentation errors.
Service
Guidance on the applicable claims process, documentation, administrator contacts, and authorization steps. We help employees locate the right instructions and route questions appropriately.
Accounting
Remittance, reconciliation, cancellation and refund workflows, corrections, and administrative routing. Clarify how records move between F&I, accounting, and the provider.
Management
Clear ownership across departments, visibility into recurring issues, and coordination when a question needs several people involved.
AFTER LAUNCH
Stay involved as the program develops.
Employees change, questions repeat, and unusual situations arise. We support continuity through employee guidance, management review, and relationship-level coordination.
Review what the records show
Depending on the information available, a review can include product production, penetration, gross, contract quality, cancellations, claims activity, and recurring training needs. The purpose is to understand performance and where execution needs attention.
Keep people prepared
Coordinate new-hire guidance, refresher support, and relevant reference material. When an issue crosses departments, we help organize the facts, connect the appropriate people, and follow through on Steadfast’s responsibilities.
PROVIDER PLATFORMS
Menu and reporting tools
One Dealer Lane provides the F&I menu platform, and VisionAST provides F&I analytics. Access, configuration, terms, and any charges are confirmed during enrollment. Your team uses those provider platforms directly.
We review the applicable configuration during enrollment. Any integration with existing dealership systems is confirmed for your setup.
OUR ROLE
Your dealer relationship resource
Steadfast provides education, implementation support, and relationship-level escalation. Formal coverage and claim decisions remain with the applicable provider or administrator.
Our resource library is developing. Contact us to confirm the current materials and support available for your selected program.
